    FINAL RULE - 10 CFR Part 71 (update).   effective Date: August 14, 2015.  Revision Transportation Safety Requirements and Harmonization with IAEA Transportation Requirements; Corrections.

    FINAL RULE - 10 CFR Part 71.   effective Date: July 13, 2015.  The purpose of this final rule is to revise transportation safety requirements and harmonize with IAEA 2009 standards (TS-R-1) for the international transportation of radioactive material and maintain consistency with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)'s regulations.

    HM-250:   DOT Final Rule, effective October 1, 2014, required July 13. 2015.  Changes to the US Hazardous Materials Regulations for compatibility with the regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency - TS-R-1 2009 Edition.

    HM-260:  DOT Final Rule, effective December 23, 2015.  This final rule corrects editorial errors, makes minor regulatory changes and, in response to requests for clarification, improves the clarity of certain provisions in the Hazardous Materials Regulations.

    HM-215M:   DOT Final Rule, effective January 1, 2015.  PHMSA is incorporating by reference the 2012 IAEA SSR–6 regulations to replace the TS–R–1 (ST–1, Revised) 1996 Edition to
    allow shipments to be offered for transportation or transported under the most recent IAEA regulations.
     
    HM-215P:   DOT Final Rule, effective August 25, 2022, required July 26, 2023.  Changes to the US Hazardous Materials Regulations for compatibility with the regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency - SSR-6 (Rev 1) 2018 Edition.
